Low Back Pain
An evaluation of flexibility, strength, posture, and movement patterns with bending, twisting, and walking help form a diagnosis and treatment plan.  An individualized treatment plan is provided based on specific conditions of injuries and severity.  Education on posture with sitting, sleeping, lifting, or specific functional activities may be helpful in overcoming the injury. Instruction on specific exercises to address deficits in flexibility and strength are a critical component of achieving goals to become pain-free and return to desired activities.
