Neck Pain
An evaluation of flexibility, strength, posture, and movement patterns with turning the head or looking up and down help form a diagnosis and treatment plan.  An individualized treatment plan is provided based on specific conditions of injuries and severity.  Education on posture with sitting, sleeping, using a computer, or specific functional activities may be helpful in overcoming the injury.  Instruction on specific exercises to address deficits in flexibility and strength are a critical component of achieving goals to become pain-free and return to desired activities.
